Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to align project objectives & deliverables.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present project status reports to the leadership team.
- Identify feedback and behavioral data from customers and content creators to develop new products that follow our brand mission and identity.
- Discover system inefficiencies and turn them into opportunities for automation.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to support project objectives and company goals.
- Create and distribute engaging content for internal and external audiences, including presentations and project reports.
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure consistent messaging and information flow.
- Lead project planning meetings, retrospectives, and post-mortems.
- Address and resolve communication challenges promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years in project management and/or communications roles, preferably within the eCommerce or startup space.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Trello, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in project management and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a can-do mindset.
