Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams in developing data-driven applications
- Coordinate and lead project meetings with technical teams, product managers, and users
- Define, document, and track project timelines and processes to ensure deliverables
- Define roles and responsibilities, ensuring standards and best practices are followed
- Work with user community and vendors to meet implementation timelines
- Facilitate requirement review, approval, and sign-off sessions
- Document workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and support process improvement
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams
- Ensure solutions meet business needs; monitor service level agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience managing technical projects
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and best practices for data analytics
- Understanding of data architecture, modeling, analytics, and application development
- Expert knowledge of project management fundamentals and agile/iterative environments
- Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams for smooth project delivery
- Experienced in change management and risk management principles
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and legacy systems
- Knowledge of user experience design and research principles
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
