Responsibilities
- Lead teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Define, plan, track, and control all aspects of project execution
- Engage with clients at all organizational levels, fostering strong relationships
- Facilitate project and executive steering meetings to drive decision-making
Requirements
- Success in delivering complex, multi-million-dollar projects in financial services
- 3-5 years of project management experience with full lifecycle responsibility
- Experience in financial services or similar organizations
- Expertise in financial services, focusing on post-trade automation is a plus
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Excellent commercial and governance acumen
- Solid understanding of contractual frameworks and obligations
- Proficient in PRINCE2 or PMP project management methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and successful Agile projects
