Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Ensure projects stay within scope, time, and budget
- Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks regularly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project outcomes
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Implement quality control measures for project deliverables
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Experience in blockchain or technology sectors
- Proven success managing complex projects
- Understanding of blockchain and Ethereum ecosystem
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
