Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor junior staff while managing roadway design tasks
- Coordinate with Project Managers to meet schedule and budget requirements
- Prepare accurate design, presentation, and construction documents
- Develop and adhere to project scope, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and contractors
- Prepare permit applications and submittal packages for agencies
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in roadway design
- Experience in people management or supervision
- Proficiency in standard industry software including MS Office
- Strong oral presentation and written communication skills
- PE certification preferred
- Experience with OpenRoads Designer preferred
