Responsibilities
- Content expert for project management processes and methods
- Focuses on enhancing practice efficiency through project management methods
- Assists in creating and tracking projects within project management software
- Contributes to Patient Experience and Engagement improvement efforts
- Supports patient experience improvement with clinical and operational leaders
- Works collaboratively with teams to assist in successful project implementation
- Supports interdisciplinary teams to improve patient experience and engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant project management experience within the healthcare industry
- Start-up experience a plus
- Expert proficiency with Visio, Monday.com (or equivalent), and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in project management within medical practices
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and practice metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
Benefits
- Full-time base salary range of $82,000 to $97,000
