Responsibilities
- Convert job estimate/quote into Buildertrend excel import
- Set up jobs in Buildertrend (Project Management Software)
- Submit RFQs to Suppliers and RFIs to Customers
- Facilitate shop drawings and verify product take-off
- Confirm project terms and issue deposit invoice
- Schedule jobs as per client programme or create one
- Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding project details
- Issue purchase orders with detailed scope of works
- Ensure delivery and installation meet quality standards
- Collect project documents/photos and submit final claim/invoice
- Assess and approve/reject supplier invoices
- Conduct final job check and project de-brief to sales team
Requirements
- Experience in project management in furniture, construction, interior design, or architecture
- High level of English (written and verbal)
- Ability to take project ownership from planning to delivery
- Attention to detail and customer service skills
- Prior experience with Buildertrend software is a plus
