- Access has 20+ years of uninterrupted growth and seeks a Project Manager to support its growing Americas region.
- The Project Manager will lead projects from initiation to completion, managing client and internal team coordination, timelines, budgets, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams, educating and training on standard product functionality and customized solutions.
- Manage projects in alignment with established COINS methodology, handling internal processes like issue management, risk mitigation, and change control.
- Oversee all contract financials, including project and resource billing, ensuring accurate tracking of hours, jobs, and cost codes.
- Organize and lead project review and status meetings, internally and externally, based on project needs.
- Collaborate with department leaders to drive large-scale projects like COINS ERP implementations and software development.
- Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery meeting all quality standards.
- Foster strong client relationships by addressing concerns, resolving escalations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Uphold integrity, loyalty, and honesty in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience in software, ERP implementations, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, resourceful approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with COINS ERP+, EasyBuild, or other construction ERP software is preferred.
- Previous experience in software implementations or consulting environments is preferred.
- Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones for effective collaboration with the team.
