Property Manager – Remote Short-Term Rentals Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with concierge to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure top-notch hospitality standards.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Manage contractor and service provider relationships.
• Develop and manage property budgets.
• Prepare financial reports and records.
• Optimize property performance and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain risk management strategies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in property management.
• Proven track record in guest relations.
• Strong financial and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Certifications such as CPM or RPA (bonus).
• Experience with Airbnb or VRBO preferred.
• Self-starter with strong time management skills.
• Experience managing U.S. properties (bonus).
• Prior remote property management experience.
