PT Accountant Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting needs and monthly close processes
• Act as the main contact for clients and ensure accurate monthly financials
• Complete bank reconciliations, credit card entries, and online payments
• Assist with Bill.com transactions and follow up on aging A/R items
• Obtain bank statements and other documents via clients’ portals
• Create and pull reports as requested by clients
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests
• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure smooth transitions
• Provide support and documentation for client auditors
• Perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
• 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• High proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
• Intermediate skills in Word and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients’ needs
• Familiarity with Teams and online bill payment software preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
