QA Engineer – International Corporate Contractor Contract

Summary:

• This position is an independent Corporate Contractor role.
• The candidate must be located outside of the United States.
• You will help ensure that GLOBO’s applications are high quality and error-free.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure new products and features meet client needs.
• Involves a mix of manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive test cases for new features.
• Update test cases as features change.
• Validate and document production bugs.
• Create and execute automated Unit, Integration, UI, and API test cases.
• Execute manual test cases and document bugs.
• Recommend improvements to enhance operability and usability.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations during deployments for successful platform upgrades.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of QA experience.
• Ability to develop repeatable documentation.
• Experience with integration testing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automated testing tools.
• Experience testing APIs using Postman.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of software development or testing experience.
