Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience (5+ years preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience working with React.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
- A four-year college degree is required.
- Ability to work consistently 40 hours per week.
- Ability to identify with Bluelight’s clients’ goals and deliver on commitments.
- Understanding of best practices and commitment to following them.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Passionate about software development and continuous learning.
- Positive mindset and forensic attention to detail.
