React Native Mobile Developer ( Equity-Based ) Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Collaborate with the team to integrate third-party APIs and backend services
• Build and maintain backend logic and API connections, using Firebase Cloud Functions or similar
• Work with designers to translate UX/UI mockups into functional mobile experiences
• Optimize mobile app performance and ensure a high-quality user experience
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies

Requirements

• Proven experience with React Native development
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment on App Store and Google Play
• Experience with backend API integration and cloud services (Firebase or similar)
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Ability to write clear, efficient, and well-documented code
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitLab)
