Responsibilities:
- Source potential survey participants for market research studies.
- Coordinate with project managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Plan and implement recruitment solutions to reduce outsourcing costs and ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify stakeholders and interview potential respondents to assess their match for the study requirements.
- Build and maintain a network of potential respondents.
- Prepare targeted lead lists and engage in cold-calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
- Represent M3 Global Research in local markets with confidence and expertise.
Requirements:
- Degree level education or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and new technology.
- Proven expertise in outbound calling, cold-calling, and network building.
- Driven and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
