Responsibilities:

• Work with the Director of Talent Acquisition, HR Leadership, and Operational leadership to determine staffing needs.
• Work with HR/Talent Acquisition and Operations to draft relevant and realistic job postings.
• Review resumes and screen candidates (directly and with support) systematically and objectively to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews for Account Managers and plan/host hiring events when needed.
• Conduct interviews and train Hiring Managers using the Hiring Guide.
• Assist with interview training for new hiring managers in assigned stations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume, and metric-driven environment.
• Experience partnering with and supporting hiring managers through the full-cycle hiring process for all role levels.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and superb time management skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as be an active and supportive team member to the overall recruitment initiatives.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Travel 20%.
