Summary:

Somewhere, a headhunter agency, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to work remotely within South Africa. The role involves candidate engagement, screening, assessment, and collaborating with clients to ensure effective recruitment. Candidates must have over two years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in recruitment tools. This is a full-time position with a salary of USD 1,200 – 1,500 per month plus commission.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective candidates, assessing their skills, career goals, and alignment with client role requirements.

• Conduct resume reviews, screenings, and evaluations to ensure candidates meet client qualifications.

• Collaborate with clients to understand talent needs and ensure recruitment outcomes align with their requirements.

• Facilitate interview scheduling, prepare candidates, and support the onboarding process across various time zones and regions.

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights to optimize global recruitment strategies.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure transparent communication and a cohesive candidate experience.

• Stay updated on global recruitment best practices, industry trends, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in recruitment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).

• Strong expertise in sourcing, people support, and decision-making.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate quality aligned with client expectations.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and clients.

• Proficiency in recruitment management tools (e.g., RCRM, Hubspot, LinkedIn Recruiter).

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills.
