Recruitment Consultant Part Time

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Place great candidates into teams at well-known companies.
• Map out the market and identify the right people to approach.
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep the CRM (Loxo) up to date.
• Take briefs from clients, send over shortlists, and follow up regularly.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and build strong candidate relationships, with support from the offshore resourcing team.
• Engage confidently with clients and prospects, quickly building trust and understanding their hiring needs.
• Support light business development by following up on warm leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and helping spot new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Confidence in making outbound calls to both candidates and clients (experience in sales or recruitment preferred).
• Clear communication skills, professional and friendly over the phone and email.
• Organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple roles and conversations.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter or willing to learn quickly.
• Based in South Africa and able to work part-time or full-time during UK hours.
