Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and social media.
• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements tailored to client needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Build strong relationships and oversee candidate transitions throughout the recruitment process.
• Research and share insights on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
• Provide salary benchmarks and skill demand analysis to assist clients and team members.
• Support business development by identifying potential leads and sharing knowledge-driven strategies.
• Conduct pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and meet compliance standards.

Requirements:
