Regional Delivery Centre Site Director Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead the RDC with support from HR and IT.
• Partner with management to migrate work to RDC.
• Build and manage centralized client services teams.
• Improve operational processes for quality and cost.
• Implement consistent services aligned globally.
• Ensure RDC complies with required certifications.
• Reduce risks related to data privacy and compliance.
• Promote RDC capabilities and expand its scope.
• Foster a high-performance, engaged team.
• Handle escalations related to RDC services.

Requirements:

• Manage large teams in delivery center environments.
• Build client delivery capabilities from the ground up.
• Transition work between different locations.
• Drive improvements and innovations in shared services.
• Implement enabling technologies effectively.
• Business English proficiency at C2 level.
• University degree in Economics or similar field.
• Certification in Project Management is a plus.
