Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations at partnered facilities
- Track provider timeliness, quality, productivity, and compliance
- Collaborate on quality metrics and reduce rehospitalizations
- Address partner issues and provide superior customer service
- Conduct regular check-ins with facility partners
- Participate in facility education, training, and retraining
- Navigate multiple computer systems like Monday.com and Zoom
- Work closely with VP of Clinical Operations and team
- Perform additional clinical operations tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Clinical education credential of RN or higher (e.g., RN, NP, PA)
- Strong understanding of SNF quality measures and regulations
- Experience in employee management and team leadership
- Proficiency in managing wRVU and productivity metrics
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Autonomous with understanding of healthcare staffing needs
