Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies.
- Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
- Ensure HR practices comply with state and federal regulations.
- Manage employee onboarding and recruitment partnerships.
- Implement and oversee performance review processes.
- Identify and coordinate employee training programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Prepare and present HR metrics and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, 2-3 years in California employment law.
- Proficiency in California employment laws and union relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 25% of the time.
