- The company is seeking a Regional Performance Manager to manage and strengthen partnerships with clients, helping them achieve campaign goals and utilize technology to drive measurable results.
- The RPM will provide actionable insights, manage client relationships, and assist clients in implementing improvements at their dealerships.
- This is a full-time, salaried, remote field position with travel required within the region and nationally.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client needs are met with white-glove service while maintaining strong relationships.
- Communicate regularly with clients to stay aligned with strategic business priorities and adjust digital strategies as needed.
- Partner with Onboarding Specialists to ensure smooth client transitions.
- Work with Account Technicians to audit and analyze digital accounts to ensure adherence to best practices and improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services that meet client objectives.
- Proactively manage relationships with key dealership contacts and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
- Present on a regular basis to clients, providing strategic guidance to address their needs and challenges.
- Share responsibility for client retention by identifying risks and opportunities with the VP of Client Experience.
- Keep clients informed about product changes, new features, and releases.
- Retain and manage approximately 60-75 accounts.
- Stay updated on key automotive business trends and strategic communication planning.
- Understand and articulate Foundation Direct’s core products and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of automotive professional experience required.
- Experience in Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Automotive Customer Success required.
- Ability to travel 25-30% within the region and nationally.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
- Awareness of best practices within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
