Responsibilities:
- Manage designated sales team to maximize sales revenue.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales.
- Provide feedback and coaching to individual sellers.
- Establish individual development plans for team members.
- Conduct bi-yearly performance reviews.
- Participate in industry and customer events.
- Travel with sales team as needed.
Requirements:
- Successfully recruited, hired, and developed sales teams.
- Experience with value-based selling methodology.
- Successful track record in high growth technology startups.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience.
- Experience with enterprise sales and new logo acquisition.
- Experience with Recurring Revenue Model.
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
