- The Regional Sales Manager New Business role is responsible for acquiring new national mid-market customers and selling cashless payment solutions for point of sale and e-commerce.

Responsibilities:
- National customer acquisition in the medium segment across industries.
- Focus on expanding the customer base, increasing revenue, and contribution margin.
- Independent prospecting and managing a potential database for business opportunities.
- Conducting cold calls, lead tracking, and on-site meetings.
- Preparing, managing, and negotiating multi-stage offers, tenders, and contracts.
- Closing deals and transitioning new clients to the Regional Sales Team for account management.
- Creating presentations, delivering lectures, and participating in trade fairs.
- Regular travel across the assigned region.
Requirements:
- Completed studies or equivalent education focusing on sales/marketing.
- Several years of experience in selling complex services to new clients, with a preference for experience in the credit card, telecom, banking, e-commerce, or financial sectors.
- Fluency in German at a native level and good English communication skills.
- Strong PC skills and a valid driver’s license (Class B).
- Ability to work from home.
- Residing in Nordrhein-Westfalen.
