Regional Vice President, Field Sales Full Time NEW

Summary:

• Saviynt is an identity authority platform that powers and protects organizations in a digital world facing increasing cyber risk.
• The Regional Vice President, Field Sales (TOLA +) will be a key member of the Saviynt Revenue Team, supporting North America, with a focus on Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, and Kansas.
• This role is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of all sales initiatives in the region, ensuring revenue expansion, and setting strategic directions to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

• Direct responsibility for leading the field sales organization within the region and driving growth.
• Craft and execute the overall sales strategy to encompass products, driving all business from initial lead through the entire customer lifecycle to maximize revenue.
• Drive profitable subscription revenue growth, assess and improve current customer relationships, and create and execute short- and long-term channel strategies.
• Build a highly metric-driven and predictable revenue team.
• Propose and implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance and build/refine the infrastructure to facilitate growth.
• Manage a team of Enterprise and Major Account Executives, including team structure, hiring, performance assessment, coaching, feedback, succession planning, and training.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to create a strong, collaborative partnership for competitive positioning, market awareness, and execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of sales leadership experience within a SaaS-based product, with identity and cyber security experience highly preferred.
• Highly instrumented and analytic sales executive with a quantitative approach to apply business insights to sales.
• Dynamic executive with the ability to strategically build innovative sales models and tactically execute them.
• Experience in scaling down as well as seeing a growth journey.
• Ability to travel 40-60%.
• If required, complete security and privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
• Review and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures, such as Data Classification, Retention & Handling, Incident Response, Business Continuity, Mobile Device, Account Management, Access Control, Personnel Security, and Privacy Policies.
