Regional VP – Independent Financial Professionals Full Time

Summary:

• Pacific Life is actively seeking a talented Field Wholesaler to join its Consumer Markets Division to cover the Midwest region.
• The Consumer Markets Division focuses on creating retirement solutions for individuals, families, and businesses, leveraging strengths in product development, technology, service, and risk management.
• The role involves managing and developing producer relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal sales, case design, and underwriting partners.
• This position is based in Detroit, Milwaukee, or Indianapolis, and candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop existing producer relationships and recruit new relationships.
• Execute marketing campaigns, attend company, industry, and intermediary meetings, and speak in front of groups.
• Work with internal sales, case design, and underwriting partners.
• Collaborate with peers on sales ideas.
• Develop and execute a business plan for the territory.
• Recruit new firms that do not currently sell life insurance, and work with advisors, firms, and IMOs/BGAs that already sell life insurance.
• Incorporate Pacific Life into client offerings.

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of direct sales/marketing experience wholesaling life insurance products through the independent channel.
• Broad industry knowledge of best practices, products, underwriting, and marketing of life insurance products.
• Series 7 or 6, 63, and Life and Health licenses required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Extensive travel is required.
