Regional VP Full Time

Summary:

The Regional VP at Guggenheim Investments drives sales of mutual funds and SMAs in Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern Nevada. Guggenheim, a global asset manager, delivers innovative financial solutions, fostering a high-integrity, remote US environment for talented sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate sales calls to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide financial intermediaries with sales ideas, product information, and performance data.
• Respond to incoming calls, questions, and requests from financial intermediaries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Partner with external wholesalers to provide scheduling and sales support.
• Execute on territory plan to ensure achievement of assigned sales goal.
• Follow up on external wholesaler appointments, conference leads, and referrals of qualified representatives.
• Maintain activity and profile data in the CRM.
• Assist financial intermediaries in analyzing client portfolios to recommend appropriate investment strategies.
• Run product hypotheticals and performance comparisons.
• Keep current and adhere to compliance and regulatory policies, including FINRA 7 and 63 licensing requirements.
• Stay updated on company’s products, initiatives, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance or Business.
• Current FINRA Registrations (Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66).
• Must reside in corresponding geographic territory (Arizona, New Mexico, or Southern Nevada).
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, positive attitude, and goal-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• High degree of integrity.
• Ability and willingness to prepare and execute tasks.
• Strong relationship-building skills, client-focused.
• Technical skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Salesforce, and Excel.
• Familiarity with investment strategies and concepts.
