Responsibilities:
- Support the acquisition of new members for the communities and the organization and follow-up of various community events and activities.
- Prepare guest lists, name tags, evaluate participant questionnaires, link participants via email, and update the CRM.
- Pre-screen potential community members and contact them with pre-written messages via LinkedIn.
- Send various info messages and invitations to potential and existing community members via LinkedIn and email.
- Respond to incoming emails, LinkedIn messages, and comments using templates, modifying them as needed.
- Email contact with community hosts and podcast guests to assign and follow up on tasks.
- Maintain the community member database (CRM).
Requirements:
- Available to start between 01.12.2024 and 10.02.2025, working 40 hours/week.
- Available during core working hours – Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 CET, with flexibility to arrange working hours within this timeframe.
- Several years of professional experience in roles such as (office) assistant, support employee, clerical worker, call center employee, etc.
- Proficient in German and English (C1 level) and strong command of spelling and grammar.
- High level of initiative, proactivity, and willingness to contribute.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work reliably and with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with structured guidelines and repetitive tasks.
- Experience working remotely with a proficient use of computer and internet, with a fast and stable internet connection.
- Advanced experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly Excel or Sheets, including data entry, formatting, using basic formulas, and sorting/filtering data.
- Willing to travel for company meetings once or twice a year for approximately one week.
