Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries and course information
- Proactively contact potential customers from user leads and provide course consultations
- Maintain strong relationships with current customers, addressing queries and concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records, tracking interactions, transactions, and complaints
- Collaborate with the team to communicate customer feedback and improve products
- Stay updated on course offerings, pricing, and policies to provide accurate information
- Participate in training webinars to enhance knowledge and professionalism
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service or education sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and relevant computer applications
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented approach
- Flexible to accommodate various hour shifts
Benefits
