Remote Customer Experience and Operations Assistant Full Time

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Process orders, collect customer info, and update online accounts
• Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support and process Excel/Google Sheets files
• Conduct outgoing calls to customers with missing profile information
• Complete updates to curriculum, including formatting and content review
• Perform light Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks
• Facilitate an occasional Saturday classroom training, approx. 1/month

Requirements

• Reliable strong internet connection
• Quiet work environment suitable for phone calls
• Functional office setup with a working, up-to-date computer
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs
• Excellent writing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Reliable, organized, self-starter, and motivated
• Excellent phone and people skills
• Ability to prioritize projects
