Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer service for a leading company.

Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Background check required.
- Required Equipment: A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10. Ability Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable. USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone. Webcam (external or embedded).
