Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s professional and personal calendar to optimize productivity.
- Process, prioritize, and respond to communications, reducing executive inbox time to under an hour daily.
- Prepare agendas, capture actionable items, and ensure the CEO is informed and prepared for meetings.
- Liaise with a 25-member team to ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments.
- Manage travel bookings, secure tickets, and organize professional and personal events.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and drive efficiencies across both personal and professional responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Demonstrated ability to support executives managing teams of 25+ members.
- Prior experience in high-paced, start-up and/or fully remote environments.
- Flawless English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Availability to work within Pacific Standard Time (PST) and align with the CEO’s schedule.
