Responsibilities:

• Manage autonomy software programs.
• Research and design autonomy algorithms.
• Manage unmanned vehicle programs.
• Build and integrate autonomy systems.
• Develop state-of-the-art autonomy algorithms.
• Build robotics autonomy software architectures.
• Manage autonomy software integration with autopilots.
• Oversee autonomy prototyping and testing.
• Develop vehicle dynamics and sensor models.
• Integrate hardware-in-the-loop testing systems.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors.
• Contribute novel ideas to improve projects.
• Collaborate with DoD warfighters to build autonomy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering.
• 7+ years of program management experience.
• Strong experience managing defense contracts.
• Experience with government and prime contracts.
• Strong experience in agile software management.
• Proficient with GitLab for backlog management.
• Basic knowledge of autonomy software development.
• Experience in C++ and Python programming.
• Knowledge of autonomy algorithms and loops.
• Experience in vehicle dynamics and M&S environments.
• Familiar with hardware-in-the-loop systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced teams.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
