Responsibilities
- Teach elementary-level mathematics virtually through Think Academy Platform
- Actively engage and manage an online classroom of up to 18 students
- Prepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy’s curriculum and guidance
- Grade homework and provide other essential teaching-related services
- Communicate effectively with students and parents, offering feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; all majors welcome; Education or STEM preferred
- Eligible if pursuing or in progress of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree
- Prior math teaching experience a plus
- Experience in elementary math competition a plus
- Commit to at least one whole semester starting from Summer 2024
- Available to work weekday evenings and weekends
- Passionate about teaching and education, and excellent communication skills
Benefits
- $40/hr; 3 – 7 classes per week
- Teaching Fee * Number of Classes + Student Retention Bonus (15% of Teaching Fee) + Training Allowance
