Remote – Seed Sales Representative Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of Nutrien SEED partners in assigned territory
• Maintain and increase SEED sales across territory
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve seed growth targets
• Communicate with Nutrien retail stores for aligned sales
• Advise farmers using digital agronomy and Seed Advisor tools
• Build brand awareness and product confidence in territory
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Partner with brand management on product positioning
• Attend division meetings and company functions as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in SEED sales or marketing management
• Passion for seed sales and working with farmers
• Strong sales ability with a proven success track record
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work with other groups to achieve goals
• Digital proficiency for Seed Advisor and other tools
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
