Request for Proposal – Collaboration Hub, Outcome Evaluation Freelance

Responsibilities:

• Design, run, and deliver an evaluation for two new programmes.
• Provide impact data through a quantitative evaluation.
• Conduct qualitative components for individual impact stories.
• Assess impact against specified outcome indicators.
• Collect quantitative data to assess intervention effectiveness.
• Conduct midline study to identify early behavior shifts.
• Perform end-line survey with control and treatment groups.
• Use focus group discussions and in-depth interviews.
• Gather stories of impact to aid data interpretation.
• Include secondary audience in evaluations.
• Analyze target audience samples from varied demographics.
• Capture impact across three consumer cohorts.
• Identify “low-fi” and “digital” consumers independently.
• Design sampling size and recruitment processes.
• Connect with “champion consumers” as needed.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in youth-centred, SRH research.
• Proven work in Nigeria, including Northern Nigeria.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Ability to conduct evaluations under strict timelines.
• Demonstrated local expertise in impact assessments.
• Experience with research methodologies for media impact.
• Competency in engaging diverse audiences.
• Skilled in designing robust research proposals.
• Familiarity with media influence on gender norms.
• Capacity for collaborative work with non-profits.
