Revenue Operations Analyst Full Time

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Manage GTM Tech Stack: Proactively assist in managing tools, automations, and integrations to optimize sales and post-sales processes. Efficiently onboard and offboard users. Become a subject matter expert on the data and processes within the tech stack. Continuously seek ways to better integrate and automate systems to increase data integrity and improve efficiency.
• Reporting & Insights: Standardize and monitor reports to support daily operations, drive accountability, derive insights from sales and usage data, provide strategic recommendations, and proactively improve the accuracy and reliability of all reporting.
• Project Management: Efficiently execute projects and communication plans, ensuring all stakeholders understand project scope, delivery dates, and ongoing progress. Take initiative to identify areas of improvement across the business.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Understand business challenges and collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Onboarding, Success, Finance, Data, Product, and Marketing to find solutions. Communicate the impact of new processes and improvements to teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar function (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Operations).
• Experience at a growth-stage startup or in the fulfillment, shipping, or OMS/WMS/TMS tech space is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom reports, flows, formula fields, and manage integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through.
• Adept at building and maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships.
• Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working experience with tools similar to the following: Hubspot, Salesloft, Gong, Sendoso, Zendesk, Zoominfo, Tableau, etc.
