Revenue Operations Manager at Karbon Full Time

Responsibilities

• Analyze and streamline end-to-end revenue processes
• Identify bottlenecks in the revenue cycle and implement solutions
• Standardize and automate revenue-related processes
• Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM for accurate data
• Develop dashboards and reports on revenue performance
• Monitor KPIs and analyze trends for growth opportunities
• Oversee and optimize the GTM tech stack for data accuracy
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead scoring and nurturing
• Track and analyze customer health and renewal indicators
• Drive account planning and mitigation strategies
• Lead pipeline and revenue forecasting processes
• Create and manage financial models for reporting and planning
• Refine financial reporting processes with automation
• Manage sales commission process and compensation plans
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
• Proactively challenge and improve revenue operations processes
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in revenue operations or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with process improvement and project management
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
