Revenue Operations Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and continuously improve sales operations processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, and finance.
• Optimize Salesforce CRM workflows, including data management, reporting, and pipeline forecasting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure pipeline health, revenue performance, and sales productivity.
• Partner with Marketing and Revenue teams to align on lead management, MQL routing, and campaign attribution.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the sales process, improving deal velocity and win rates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to review and process quotes, contracts, and pricing approvals efficiently and accurately.
• Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, discount structures, and deal terms to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Establish scalable processes for handling complex deal scenarios, including non-standard terms and customer requests.
• Maintain and improve Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools to streamline deal management and execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for deal-related questions and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, deal desk management, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or security company.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM (certification is a plus) and experience with CPQ tools; familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational processes across revenue functions.
• A team player who excels at aligning diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail in contract and deal execution.
