DraftKings Inc., a Boston-based digital sports entertainment and gaming company, offers a full-time Risk Operations Associate role in Las Vegas, Boston, or remotely in the US. The position focuses on fraud analysis and compliance to enhance customer experience and protect the community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of fraud patterns and propose proactive measures to mitigate risks and minimize losses.
- Review deposit and withdrawal transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities to maintain the integrity of our credit card merchant accounts.
- Ensure strict adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and uphold best practices mandated by the credit card payment industry.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to obtain necessary player documents, resolve disputes, and address billing inquiries promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Self-motivation with strong analytical skills and an interest in investigating potentially fraudulent behavior.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts.
- Ability to become licensed in multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with SQL is preferred, but not required.
- Shifts will include weekends and evening hours.
