Responsibilities
- Create and close new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with current Granicus customers
- Develop and execute a new business/prospecting plan
- Target, call, and engage prospects through the sales cycle
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Qualify client needs and align the value of your solution
- Collaborate with the extended sales team
- Log all sales activities and client contacts in Salesforce
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of consultative sales experience
- Success prospecting and closing opportunities
- Experience with CRM software (SFDC preferred)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about addressing client challenges
- Execute a sales process in a solution sales methodology
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Comfortable with technology
- Experienced in committee-driven sales environments
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
