Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion, and marketing of Stryker products.
- Educate doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff on the proper use, maintenance, functionality, updates, and changes to Stryker products.
- Tailor Stryker’s promotional message based on customer knowledge and advise on appropriate product selection.
- Answer customer questions and distinguish Stryker products from competitors’ products.
- Adjust daily schedules to focus on delivering the most value to customers and markets.
- Represent Stryker products and impact patient care.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years in an outside sales position (preferably in medical fields).
- B.A. or B.S. degree required.
- Field sales training and successful completion of in-house product training.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade in sales conversations.
- Strategic and persistent approach to closing deals and exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to analyze market potential and prioritize sales efforts.
