- The Sales Außendienstmitarbeiter will report directly to the Head of Sales in Nickel Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Nickel’s partner network within a predefined postal code area in Berlin/Brandenburg.
- Focus on Northern Germany, Bavaria, and Baden-Württemberg.
- Acquire potential retail partners (lotto shops, kiosks, late-night stores, petrol stations).
- Train and activate licensed partners.
- Reactivate and manage the sales network through visits, phone contacts, and assistance.
- Report and track activities in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B field sales, sales, or a commercial position.
- Strong communication, contact, and presentation skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- IT skills and documentation capabilities.
- A valid driver’s license (Class B).
- Fluent in German (written and spoken); English and other foreign languages are an advantage.
