  • Trustonic is looking for a Sales & Business Development Director to lead sales efforts in the MEA region, focusing on establishing and nurturing customer relationships.
  • The role reports to the General Manager, MEA and will require traveling to customers within the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new business opportunities and establish customer relationships.
  • Build and nurture a sales pipeline through networking and relationship-building.
  • Propose products and services to meet client needs.
  • Develop strategies to create new business opportunities and secure new customers.
  • Lead key deal preparation, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Gather customer insights to support go-to-market strategy development.
  • Provide market feedback to guide product strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain sales systems (e.g., SFDC) and ensure data is up to date.
  • Manage reseller and direct sales teams in the region.
  • Handle all legal engagements up until final signatures.
  • Travel as needed for customer meetings.

  • Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks.
  • Mentor junior sales team members.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to connect with CXO-level managers and handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in the security products and/or telecom devices/services industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and experience with sales techniques.
  • Understanding of the mobile device ecosystem, service providers, and mobile app protection.
  • Strong cultural sensitivity and the ability to work across diverse markets.
  • Degree, MBA, or relevant experience.
