Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve growth targets
- Transform current sales approach into a scalable function
- Improve sales processes and methodologies for efficiency
- Foster relationships with prospective customers
- Negotiate and secure value-based care contracts with payers
- Own business development efforts for Nema’s bundle structure
- Maintain and nurture existing customer partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and execute business development plans for new states
- Represent Nema at industry events and conferences
- Create outcome reports for payer partnerships
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics
- Implement and utilize CRM tools for sales activities
- Partner with growth team on referral channel strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years in sales for healthcare services
- Proven track record of selling to health plans
- Deep understanding of healthcare, especially behavioral health
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRMs for organizational purposes
- Analytical skills for understanding contract terms
- Highly organized and able to work autonomously
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Passionate about Nema’s mission and company success
- Ability to travel approximately once a quarter
