Responsibilities
- Conduct innovative, team-directed prospecting and lead generation
- Independently conduct discovery phone calls to educate clients on experiential learning
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing employer leads through email outreach
- Accurately record activity and contact information in HubSpot (CRM)
- Build strong relationships with employers, assist with platform training and project ideation
- Maintain communication with clients, proactively make project recommendations
- Track and identify opportunities for license upgrades and referrals
- Work closely with clients to exceed expectations and address improvement areas
- Be proactive in improving performance management metrics
- Execute sales strategies and achieve targets as developed by the team
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for employer conversion
- Create compelling sales pitches that communicate platform value
Requirements
- Previous experience carrying a quota or working with targets in sales or business development
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain concepts clearly
- Connect with company values and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to deliver results on demanding timelines
- Process and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Hunger and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
