Join itGenius, a leading tech support and consultancy firm specializing in IT and Google Workspace solutions. Operating in Australia and the Philippines for over a decade, itGenius is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive growth and engage clients with tailored cloud technology solutions.
Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods (e.g., calls, emails, networking, referrals).
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and identify opportunities for products or services.
Develop and present tailored solutions, proposals, and presentations.
Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of offerings.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Handle objections and provide solutions to move prospects through the pipeline.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes and contracts.
Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with prospects and clients.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback from clients to the product team.
Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a sales role.
Demonstrated understanding of sales methodologies and the sales process.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Extensive experience in Google Products preferred but not required.
Experience working in an IT Company preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of IT services, cloud computing, and software solutions.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in solution-based selling.
Knowledge of market trends and competitor products.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams for proposal development.
