Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) – DACH region I Film- & Eventbranche Full Time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for early stages of sales pipeline and top of funnel
• Prospect and qualify new customers to build and grow pipeline
• Gather and understand customer and industry information
• Conduct value-adding conversations and differentiate benefits
• Work on inbound leads and contact potential customers outbound
• Prepare large accounts for meetings and close smaller accounts
• Continuously improve sales scripts and use digital tools for analysis

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar
• Proven success with sales prospecting techniques like cold calling
• Good understanding of sales metrics and data-driven processes
• Friendly and engaging personality with demonstrated success
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in German & English, both written and spoken
