Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, presenting Kinsta’s vision and services.
- Use CRM and Sales Stack tools to research, filter, and identify high-potential leads.
- Proactively source and qualify outbound leads using outreach strategies such as email, phone, video, and social media.
- Continually experiment and refine messaging, channels, and sequencing to optimize response rates and engagement.
- Engage leads and book discovery meetings for Account Executives, maintaining a steady flow of prospects in the pipeline.
- Maintain accurate HubSpot records to ensure current contact, company, and deal information.
- Collaborate and contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer ideas to improve lead efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in sales development or a similar role.
- A results-oriented mindset and confidence with outreach via cold calling, email, social media, and video.
- Near-native proficiency in English and excellent writing skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in technology.
- Bonus if you have prior sales experience or knowledge of the hosting industry.
- Familiarity with HubSpot Sales, Salesforce, and other prospecting tools is a plus.
- Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, or Japanese, is a bonus.
