Responsibilities:
- Initiate first contact with potential customers using sales tools.
- Plan and conduct initial product presentations, collaborating closely with the CEO.
- Manage the first part of the sales cycle, from scheduling appointments to preparing for and following up on meetings.
- Use CRM software (HubSpot) for efficient lead management and tracking.
- Implement new cold-calling strategies and identify new potential leads.
- Regularly report progress and results to the management team.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and acquisition, ideally in B2B sales.
- Driven and ambitious, willing to take responsibility for personal success.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to contribute ideas and drive both personal and team growth.
- Desire to build or advance a career in sales.
- Fluency in German (native or second language).
